What Are The Shipping Methods And Delivery Times?

When you order from ZedaShop.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
There isn't any shipping fee. We are offering free shipping to all our customers!(free shipping does not include a tracking number for your order. We also provide optional express shipping for a minimal extra fee.

Why Can't I Choose My Desired Courier?

Due to the ever changing prices of couriers and the sheer number of options available our staff selects the best-priced shipping for the desired shipping method.

I Urgently Want My Order Can I Use Express Shipping?

ZedaShop is happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so that you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Do I Need To Pay Import Taxes And Tariffs?

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country. Electronic items are the most commonly taxed items. If you are ordering a phone or tablet we strongly recommend you to check. ZedaShop cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. You can also request a low-value declaration to help avoid any taxes.

Please note that ALL import taxes/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

How Can I Find Out About My Local Import Tariffs?

Every country is different; our advice is to check with your local council, post office, or government tax department. A search online may provide the insight you need to find out what the tax is likely to be.

Can ZedaShop Declare The Goods At A Low Value?

Sometimes, we will do our best to help you with import regulations. If you find out the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay, we are happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations and invoices. Special requests can be made by explaining the situation using the online comments box during the checkout process.  Or, if you need advice about whether a particular declared value is possible before you pay, you should contact us. We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what value is appropriate.

Can ZedaShop Always Declare A Low Value?

If your order value is large or contains many items, or certain electronic items it is not possible to declare the order as low value.

Why I Was Asked For My CNPJ/CPF?

Companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices.

So if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.

3 Day Product Guarantee - If your order arrives damaged, not working or not as described please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will  usually resend the order or offer you a full refund.


Product Warranty - If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us.

Price Protection - If you purchase a product and find within 72 hours the price has dropped, we will refund the difference.  Look for the Price Protection logo on every product page.


3 Day Return To Us – For whatever reason if you are unsatisfied with your order within 3 days you can return it to us in new condition for a refund minus the shipping charges. For health reasons certain adult and clothing products cannot be returned if opened. .



   Registration Terms - If you fill in the wrong customer shipping address, you should bear 99% of the liability. If you have used the wrong address contact us as soon as you realize as once it is shipped we cannot change it.


Repair/Parts Service – Did you just drop your new phone? Crashed your RC? Sometimes accidents happen, if you love your ZedaShop product and it gets damaged contact us and our technical team will see if they can repair it or send you spare parts.

3 Day Product Guarantee

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

  • Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  • We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  • If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Will I need to send the item back to ZedaShop 

Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $70 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.

If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.

Where do i send returns?

All returns are to be sent back to our returns facility in China, even if you ordered from an overseas warehouse we only have one return facility in China.

Product Warranty Claims

This covers you for quality issues within the warranty period. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us. The procedure is listed below.

1. Make a video or photo showing the issue & apply after-sales service in my order
2. We will Contact you for more information or give you a response about your claim within 2 Business days.

3. If it is covered under our Guarantee; you will likely be asked to return the product to us. Responsibility for the payment of shipping charges is determined on a case by case basis; usually the shipping costs for warranty claims are shared between ZedaShop and the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

All warrantees begin from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return. However here are situations you are unlikely to be covered for.

a) The user voids the warranty if they
- Flash the firmware of a device
- Opens the body in an attempt to fix, otherwise
- Modify remove or swap parts of a product
- Uses the device in a way that it is not intended for
- Continues to use once the fault occurs and causes more damage
- Fail to contact us when the problem first occurs

b) Warrantees do not cover cases of damage to products from accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

c) Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

d) If your product is covered by warranty and a repair is impossible and we can’t offer a replacement due to stock or an outdated model,we will credit you what you originally paid so that you can choose to purchase another item.

e) Intimate apparel and intimate toys cannot be returned due to health regulations.

f) If items are lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order and you Have Paid and you want to Cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. After 24 hours it is possible to still cancel until the order has been shipped.Contact us now


If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order. You can ask for an refund or keep your payment as a credit.

If an order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled directly. It will need to be returned to us once the customer receives it and the refund is only a partial refund (we deduct the shipping costs

Return Policy

Zedashop Return Policy-In most cases, items shipped from ZedaShop can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (Brazil and Russia are 40 days after shipment)  if the delivery date is not traceable (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email) . Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

 Mobile Phones Return Policy-This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub categories of smartphones and feature phones. 

 Tablet PC Warranty & Return Policy-This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub categories of Android Tablets and Windows Tablets. Please contact our customer service before returning the item, or we can’t help you.

 Electronic Warranty & Return Policy-This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub categories of Arduino SCM, 3D Printer Acc, Electronic Accessories & Gadgets .

 Electric Unicycle/Balance Scooter Warranty & Return Policy-This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub categories of Scooters & Wheels. Please contact our Customer Service before returning anything or we can’t help you.
